September 4, 2018, 7 PM, Board of Directors meeting at the Hall; members
welcome to attend.
September 21, 2018, Quilt Show 2 - 9 PM; potluck 7 PM. Contemporary as well
as vintage quilts of the area will be displayed.
October 1, 2018, 7 PM, Board of Directors meeting at the Hall; members
welcome to attend; note it will be held on Monday this month.
October 19, 2018, 7 PM, Oktoberfest and potluck. Marlen Richardson host.
Costumes, children’s parade, leapin’ lederhosen contest, and dancing.
October 28, 2018, Country Faire at the Hall 11 AM - 3 PM. Vendors and food
available, along with whole home made desserts for sale. The winning Hall
raffle quilt ticket will be drawn at 3 PM. Interested vendors click here for an
application form to print out and submit request.
November 18, 2018, 7 PM, Potluck followed by Annual Membership Meeting
and election of 2019 Board of Directors.
December 21, 2018, Christmas potluck at 7 PM, followed by holiday activities
and a visit from Santa. Call Jessica Riley at 805-472-2479 if you are bringing
children that would like a present from Santa or if you would like to donate to
the Santa gift fund or donate specific gift(s).
December 31, 2018, New Year's Eve concert; potluck refreshments 7 PM;
followed by performers TBD; hosted by Bob Attiyeh and Mike Rosell.
January 18, 2019, CalFire permits at 6:30 PM; potluck 7 PM; CalFire
presentations at 8 PM.
February 15, 2019, potluck 7 PM; program TBD.
March 15, 2019, apple grafting class 5 PM, potluck 7 PM.
April 19, 2019, potluck 7 PM.
April 28, 2019, Chicken BBQ and white Elephant Auction. Food served 11 AM -
2 PM; Auctions starts at 1:30 PM. Live music and home made desserts; debut
of 2019 Hall Scholarship Raffle Quilt.
May 17, 2019, potluck 7 PM; program TBD.
June 1, 2019, Hall calendar photo judging 5 - 7 PM.
June 21, 2019, potluck 7 PM; program TBD.
July 19, 2019, Potluck 7 PM; Scholarship awards and recipient presentations
at 8 PM.
August 16, 2019, Potluck 7 PM; Officials presentations at 8 PM.
August 24, 2019, Carmel Double Century Bicycle Ride; Hesperia Hall hosting
the final rest stop at 165 miles; approximately 3 - 9 PM. Local volunteers
welcome to assist official support crew to provide water, ice, food, towels,
bike racks for riders. Ride starts early morning in King City; counterclockwise
loop up to Carmel, down Hwy 1, over Nacimiento-Fergusson Road, Hesperia
Hall; finish back in King City.
