November 5, 2019, 7 PM, Board of Directors meeting at the Hall; members
welcome to attend.

November 15, 2019, 7 PM, Potluck followed by Annual Membership Meeting
and election of 2020 Board of Directors.

December 3, 2019, 7 PM, Board of Directors meeting at the Hall; members
welcome to attend.

December 20, 2019, Christmas potluck at 7 PM, followed by holiday activities
and a visit from Santa.  Call Jessica Riley at 805-472-2479 if you are bringing
children that would like a present from Santa or if you would like to donate to
the Santa gift fund or donate specific gift(s).

December 31, 2019, New Year's Eve concert is cancelled this year, but will
resume Dec 31, 2020; Bob Attiyeh and Mike Rosell will be in New Mexico with
the Ciaramella Ensemble, but are working on returning to the Hall tradition
next year.

January 17, 2020, CalFire permits at 6:30 PM; Potluck 7 PM; CalFire
presentation at 8 PM.

February 21, 2020, potluck 7 PM; program TBD.

March 20, 2020, apple grafting class 5 PM; potluck 7 PM.

April 17, 2020, Potluck 7 PM.

April 26, 2020, Chicken BBQ and White Elephant Auction.  Food served 11 AM -
2 PM; Auctions starts at 1:30 PM.  Live music and home made desserts.

May 15, 2020, Potluck 7 PM.

June 6, 2020, Hall Calendar Photo Judging 5 - 7 PM.

June 19, 2020, potluck 7 PM; program TBD.

July 17, 2020, Potluck at 7 PM; Scholarship awards and recipient presentations
at 8 PM.

August 21, 2020, Potluck at 7 PM; Officials presentations at 8 PM.

August 22, 2020, Carmel Valley Double Century (CVDC) Bicycle Ride; Hall is
hosting the final rest stop at 165 miles; approximately 2 -9 PM.  Local
volunteers welcome to assist official support staff to provide water, ice, food,
towels and rack bikes for the riders.

September 18, 2020, Quilt Show 3 - 8:30 PM; potluck at 7 PM.  Approximately 25
quilts from the local area will be displayed.  Free admission and door prizes
awarded.


October 16, 2020; Oktoberfest and Potluck.  Marlen Richardson and friends
host.  costumes, children's parade, leapin' lederhosen contest, and traditional
chicken dance.

October 25, 2020; Country Faire at the Hall 11 AM - 3 PM.  Vendors and
food/drinks available available, along with whole home made desserts for
sale.  The winning Hall raffle quilt ticket will be drawn at 3 PM.
